8. Daniel Inouye, D-Hawaii: $225 million
9. Richard Shelby, R-Ala.: $219 million
10. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa: $199 million

Hmmm here is the problem with this: Ron Paul thinks we need MORE earmarks.

Another thing: he puts in every earmark his constituents ask for, but he votes against every bill that contains these earmarks. He's gone under fire for including earmarks, but his response is "i've never voted for an earmark." So I think more importantly is WHO voted in favor of a spending bill full of earmarks?

Isn't Ron Paul a fan of getting your money back because he doesn't think you should've had to pay in the first place? Maybe that's just me. :)
